22/05/2006 - Neighbourhood Renewal Unit - IPSOS MORI survey
Here, hot on Hansard's heels, is another one. Technology is the way to go:
The Department for Communities and Local Government's Neighbourhood Renewal Unit (NRU) is currently reviewing the Floor Targets Interactive (FTI) website - the web-based system for monitoring progress towards Public Service Agreement Floor Targets. As part of this process, we are keen to hear the views of our stakeholders (both current and potential users of the site). This email contains your link to an online survey, which is being managed on behalf of the NRU by Ipsos MORI, the independent research company.
The study aims to help us develop a greater understanding of your needs and experiences of the site, as well as potential barriers to usage. The findings from this research will be used to inform subsequent improvements to the services provided by FTI, in order to better meet your needs.
We would very much appreciate your views, and for this reason, hope that you can spare around 10 minutes to complete the survey. The survey is easy to complete, and there is also the flexibility to exit the survey and return to your saved responses at a more convenient time. Please be assured that Ipsos MORI is bound by a strict code of conduct and that, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, all your responses will be confidential and anonymised - NRU will not see your individual responses.
Please click on the link below to access the survey. We will be accepting responses up until Friday 16th June.
If you have any questions or difficulties accessing this survey, please contact Matt Barnes E: matt.barnes@ipsos-mori.com T: 020 73473141 , or Jane Breeze E: jane.breeze@ipsos.mori.com T: 020 73473072.
Thank you in advance for your help and we look forward to your feedback
